Kaliana established Puppet (R)Evolution in 2008. Puppet (R)Evolution
creates partially devised theatre pieces for adult audiences using both
puppetry and performers onstage together. The company was awarded a
residency at the Battersea Arts Centre through the Puppet
Centre Trust and Centre for Excellence in Theatre Training for
2010-2011. Puppet (R)Evolution produced the critically acclaimed Hooray
for Hollywood, a play about the child
pornography industry, which was supported by Childline, a children’s
charity. They've been honored as one of 3 companies to represent
England at the 2011 World Puppetry Festival in Charleville,France - Festival Mondial des Théâtres de Marionnettes. Their new show, Fragile/Sacred, has been invited to tour the Czech Republic and Denmark.
